Good Morning! I hope you and your family get outside and enjoy this beautiful weather while we have it! I am sorry the blog hasn't been updated this week, but it was a super busy one here juggling grading your school work, meetings with our staff, helping my two boys learn and tasks around the house.
Thank you so much to all of you who are turning in your work via email. It was great to read the wonderful ways you are mastering dialogue and see you solidify your knowledge of plurals. I think my favorite assignment was the travel brochure and seeing where all of you would go if you could travel!
It was so good seeing all of you on Tuesday....you know me...I cried afterwards because I miss you so much! Please bring a joke with you for our next zoom on Tuesday! I have tried figuring out how to get my trampoline video on the blog and it just won't send, so sorry, I can't do it...I didn't forget it about it!
This week since the weather hasn't been the greatest the boys and I did some baking and LEGO reconstruction. I've attached some pictures. We started the LEGO project back in March and are finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel. Talk about perseverance, this has been a project on my to do list for about five years. When the boys were younger they built all their Legos and then thought it would be fun to destroy them with family and friends, so we've had pieces for years. Well by the end of this week, I hope to say that they will all be put back together! We also made Maple Bars form the Wolcott Mill recipe, you probably had them when you were in third grade and went maple syrup tapping. They are Anthony's favorite treat, so I've attached a picture of him making them. Let me know if you want the recipe.
I will try to do a better job of updating the blog each week. Take care and see you Tuesday!
